Nature-
How can one describe the absolute exquisite beauty in nature
Whose palette reflects a rainbow of colors
Magnifies one's sense of both bewilderment and awe
Perfection in each and every facet of precision
Art in it's purest, most natural form.
Nature-
With an eternal essence
And universal timing
Like synchronized clockwork
Profound
Arousing
Connecting
Breathtaking
Designs and patterns of such intensity
Leaves even living on the water's table top edge.
Releasing energies that cry out with fragrant bouquets of joy
Mystical, magical, magnificent.
Containing petals of exacting spirals, cylinders, rectangular oblong shapes
With the touch of the softest, delicate brushed velvet,
In gradations of thickness,
Layers holding centuries of history within each hidden petal.
Stories unfolding-
Singing their own melodic songs with valiance and grace
In a language all their own.
Pure Perfection.
Contrasts
Integrating yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Reflective.
We must appreciate the treasures that are unearthed before us
And nurture them...
Just as it's imperative for us to nurture
Ourselves and those of one another.
There is art where ever we look,
In all that we do -in all of our souls.

A beautiful song to nature – and a story with awesome images and a musical flow of words which are few and strong that makes it all powerful and artistic. Love your fascination with structures in nature that we can see everywhere –from space to the microscope and you show us how inspiring they are. The rose image with its layers to unfold! … a hint to a previous story about layers and our lifes. Enjoyed the sun and the exit with the blue sky - and as always optimistic! Great piece that deserves its place amongst the other great stories you have given us!

I love the beautiful photos and your magical words. There's art all around us!
Gorgeous photos that reflect the beauty and miracle of nature. No artist comes close to nature itself!
Dear Jilly I have missed so much here. I love the way you photograph the world, the way you see the details, and the hidden beauty. I can just imagine your joy as you take these photographs. And my favorite, the lily pond, a little moodier and deep, a perfect contrast...
